Welcome to Wideway Motors LLC. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

  • "Service" refers to providing accounts for insurance auctions, towing, and transportation, dismantling and modification, and loading and shipping services provided by Wideway Motors LLC.

  • "User" refers to you, the customer, who uses our service.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all activities that occur in connection with their auction accounts. Users must use our services in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Account Provision

We provide users with accounts for insurance auctions such as IAA and Copart. The exact terms, conditions, costs, and responsibilities associated with these accounts will be communicated to the user in a separate agreement.

Bidding and Purchasing

Users are solely responsible for their bidding and purchasing activities on the auction sites. Wideway Motors LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from these activities.

Towing and Transportation

We offer towing and transportation services from the auction yards to our location. The specific terms and conditions of these services, including any limitations, will be communicated to the user in a separate agreement.

Dismantling and Modification

We provide services for dismantling cars for parts and creating half cuts, nose cuts, and back cuts. The customer's responsible for providing exact instructions on how they want the vehicles cut. We will confirm these instructions multiple times to ensure the car is cut according to the customer's wishes. Wideway Motors LLC is not responsible if the customer changes their mind after the car has been cut. The specific terms and conditions of these services, including process, timelines, costs, and any warranties or guarantees, will be communicated to the user in a separate agreement.

Loading and Shipping

We offer services for loading cars whole into containers and shipping them. In addition, we also provide services for loading and shipping half cuts, nose cuts, back cuts, engines, transmissions, wheels and tires, auto body parts, and other chassis and drivetrain parts of the vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information for the consignee of the shipments. Wideway Motors LLC is not responsible for any demurrages that may occur. The specific terms and conditions of these services will be communicated to the user in a separate agreement.

Fees and Payments

Users agree to pay all applicable fees for our services. Users must send the payment for the auction within 5 business days of winning their bid. Any additional auction fees that may arise are the sole responsibility of the user and Wideway Motors LLC is not liable for these additional costs. Detailed fees and payment terms will be communicated to the user in a separate agreement.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service. We will notify users of any modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Wideway Motors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
